Registration is now open for the Branson Parks & Recreation Department’s fall archery clinic for children in fourth grade and up to introduce youth to archery, one of the fastest growing sports in the country.
This clinic takes place on three consecutive Tuesday evenings at the Branson RecPlex beginning November 2, 2021, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and is a great opportunity to learn basic skills such as draw technique, stance and aiming in a safe and controlled environment. Participants will learn from National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) certified instructors and will have an opportunity to shoot from competition distances. Equipment is supplied for the clinic by the Branson Parks Department.
The cost for each clinic is $30 per participant. Youth scholarships are available with funding provided by the Skaggs Legacy Endowment. Inquire about youth scholarship information on the Park’s website, BransonParksandRecreation.com.
